The Lighthouse rises over the lagoon at Baros, its white canvas sail lit up after dark like a beacon. Tables sit above the water, and the kitchen leans on local seafood and tender steaks, with à la carte and degustation menus and a resident sommelier. Baros has welcomed guests since 1973 and is 25 minutes from the airport by speedboat.
